Built on Olivier Sibony’s decision-architecture cards. Card titles, “use for” moments and bias tags come from the physical deck (© OS2 Strategies & Decisions 2020). Card descriptions here are summaries, and the how-to steps and prompts were added for this tool.
Triage uses the familiar effort–impact matrix and Jeff Bezos’s idea of one-way and two-way door decisions (Amazon shareholder letter, 2015). Decision methods draw on the Vroom–Yetton model of leadership decision styles, the consent process from sociocracy, and the advice process described by Frederic Laloux in Reinventing Organizations. The body check draws on Antonio Damasio’s somatic marker hypothesis.
